No. But you are allow to a one time exchange for another item at the same price or higher.

To start the exchange process, pls email us at contact@ein.sg within 3 working days from the received date. After receiving a reply from our customer service team, please mail out the item within 5 working days.  When returning an item, ensure that they are unaltered, unused, unwashed, include original packaging, and have all tags attached. EIN has the full discretion to decide whether the item(s) are in a condition suitable for exchange.  We will provide store credit if the item you want to exchange is out of stock so that you can order a new item.

All sale items are final sale. We do not accept exchanges or returns for sale items. 

You will be responsible for shipping costs pertaining to your return.  Do use a shipping service that provides tracking, otherwise we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For exchange pls send your items to our address: 33 UBI AVE 3 , #03-14 VERTEX SINGAPORE 408868.  Do email us the tracking number of your returning parcel so that we can confirm receipt, otherwise we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and whether the item has been approved for or denied an exchange.  If approved, we will assist you with the exchnage or will provide the relevant store credit.
