Ordering & Shipping
Once you've placed an order with us, you should receive an invoice immediately. If you did not receive an invoice within 10 minutes, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please make sure that you have added the right items/sizes that you wanted into the shopping cart. When you've received an invoice, the order is confirmed and we will not be able to amend the order. There will be a $6 delivery charges if orders falls below $60.
Payments are to be made within the stated time frame. Orders that were not paid up by then will be cancelled without prior notice.
If you have a discount code/promotion code, please input the code before checking out your order for the discount to be valid. No refunds will be provided for orders where discount codes are not entered at the point of purchase.
Orders consisting of ONLY instock items: Your parcel will be mailed out within 3 working days upon the receival of the payment verification email. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays & PHs.
Orders consisting of ONLY backorder items: Your parcel will be mailed out when the backorder arrives. Please refer to the backorder product page for the status of the backorder.
Orders consisting of BOTH in stock and backorder items: We will be shipping the instock items first and the backorder items will be shipped out separately when it arrives.
Customers who have made at least one successful purchase from us will be added to our mailing list automatically.
We hold the rights to accept or reject any order(s).
